Grant Writer Intern for HS and College Students
Description:
We are looking to hire a dedicated Grant Writer to write grant proposals for our organization. The Grant Writer will write coherent, organized and compelling proposals. You will apply your knowledge of fundraising methods and plans to reach income goals. You will collaborate with team members in the organization to assist with other fundraising projects, and develop relationships with key stakeholders. To ensure success you need to write well, have proficient knowledge of fundraising methods and be committed to the mission you are representing. Preferred applicants are deadline-driven team players with outstanding multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Teen iOS Developer Internship
Description:
Are you a total nerd when it comes to computer science? Are you looking for hands-on experience with app development and the world of tech startups? If so, this might just be the perfect fit for you! We are actively looking for college students that can code using Swift and Xcode. We understand that everyones schedules change from week to week with school requirements, however interns are expected to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, or 2 hours per day. Interns will be working with our teen coders to develop Hideouts. The beta version of Hideouts is currently available on the App Store, but we are continuing to work on updates, improvements, and new features. We will also consider experienced high school students. Top interns from this program have the opportunity to be asked to join the company as a teen co-founder and receive a small portion of synthetic equity. Requirements:
Must be proficient with Swift and Xcode. Knowledge and/or proficiency in SwiftUI is helpful but not required. Experience with UI/UX design is a bonus, but all prospective interns should have a willingness to learn.

Full Year Social Media Internship for High School Students
Description:
We are looking for some high-powered, dedicated interns to help with our marketing launch for our app. We are building a cohesive, strong team of teens from all over the country to help get the word out about Hideouts. This team of interns is responsible to reaching out to social media influencers, primarily TikTok influencers, and setting up partnerships with them. To date, we're in touch with a number of influencers who have a combined reach of 12+ million followers. This internship opportunity is a huge time commitment, so we're looking for teens who are passionate about our cause and what Hideouts is trying to accomplish. Requirements:
- You must be able to make time to send at least 50 emails to social media influencers a day
- You must get back to your fellow team members' messages in a minimum of 1-2 hours, with exception of any personal emergencies that may arise. Plus you must be active in the team channel and give updates on a daily basis.
- Interns must be able to work in teams of other interns and co-founders on projects. Interns will be working on spearheading new projects and need to be flexible/creative with their work. Interns must be reachable for contact throughout the day and must be skilled communicators.
- We have full company meetings on Skype every Wednesday at 9 pm EDT. In addition, interns also attend mandatory team meetings as well as beta test calls throughout the week.
- Interns should be familiar with Zoom, TikTok, Google Suite, and Skype.
